Arbitration

The Litigation & Arbitration Department (L&A Department) within BAYAT LEGAL SERVICES (BLS) handles arbitration cases before any arbitration tribunal, either international or national, institutional or Ad Hoc.

The experience of the firm lies essentially on Dr. Henri Nader Zoleyn’s background, who has extensive knowledge and practice in the field as lawyer. Dr. Zoleyn has handled cases within or before the following arbitral institutions:

• Bureau of International Legal Services (BILS), Tehran, Iran, Counsel in charge of international arbitration cases involving Iranian public and semi-public entities and bodies versus foreign entities, from 1991 to 1998.

• International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

• Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
