The Business & Corporate Law Department (B&C Department) within BAYAT LEGAL SERVICES (BLS) was set up in 2010 following the close collaboration established with business and corporate oriented lawyers.

The B&C Department is composed with lawyer having an extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Business Law and Corporate Law, including Contracts.

Dr. Henri Nader Zoleyn, attorney in law and member of the Bar of Paris (France), is in charge of the B&C Department.

The B&C Department provides its services directly in the Persian Gulf area, mostly in the United Arab Emirates and Iran, and in a wider geographical scope throughout the partners’ offices (Montreal, Paris, Tehran and St. Kits & Nevis) or local correspondent firms (Washington DC, London and Istanbul).
