Sam M. Bayat
B.Sc, L.L.B., is the founder of CLS. He is a Quebec licensed attorney with background in international law and is specialized in immigration law of Canada. He has an experience in immigration consultancy for over ten years. He is a registered lawyer with both the Quebec Bar and the Canadian Bar Association (Quebec and British Columbia Immigration sections) and was the former president and vice-president of the Canadian Bar, International Section in Quebec. He had lectured in International law at the Concordia University in Montreal. He is the senior resident lawyer in Dubai.
Mani Allamehzadeh
Mani Allamehzadeh (LL.L) is a young active
law intern. Starting in Canada’s capital, at
the University of Ottawa, where he was
involved in numerous committees, he very
successfully finished his studies at the Ecole
du Barreau du Québec. In 2005, he was elected
member of the Council of the Civil law Section
of the University of Ottawa, where all the
important decisions regarding the faculty and
its programs are taken. Accomplished violinist
and promised to a bright future as a lawyer,
Mani Allamehzadeh represents the relève of
Canadian Legal Services, offering the dynamism
necessary to a firm constantly in motion.
Raheleh Naeimi
Raheleh Naeimi, Iranian lawyer, has
graduated from the University of Tehran in
2002. She is experimented in immigration law
and has working for CLS for more than 5 years.
Very accomplished intellectual, she has a
natural talent for public and administrative
law.
Josette St Blais
LL.B., she is a Canadian lawyer practicing
mainly in Montreal and frequently visiting
Middle Eastern law offices. She also practiced
in China and in Africa. Working for CLS
international law Firm since 2005, she is a
very important tool for the firm when it comes
to business immigration mandates. Implicated
graduate from University of Montreal, she
obtained her degree in 2002 and became a
member of the Quebec Bar in 2004.
She is also is a member of the Canadian Bar
Association and the Yong Bar Association of
Montreal.
